Weihai speeds up the construction of national marine economy innovation and development demonstration city

Carry out the action of industry chain mending, focus on technology breakthrough, product upgrading and supporting services, guide 10 leading enterprises of marine equipment, such as Huanghai shipbuilding, Guangwei composite materials, Shuanglun Co., Ltd., drive more than 60 small and medium-sized enterprises to cooperate in innovation and development, and realize multiple breakthroughs in key technologies of marine equipment industry. As the main structural material of wind power equipment, the carbon beam of wind turbine blade produced by Guangwei composite has solved the problems of special working environment and lightweight of offshore wind turbine. It has successfully defeated Toray company of Japan and become the main supplier of carbon beam of offshore wind power of Vestas company of Denmark, the world wind power giant. One belt, one road, offshore wind power project was successfully applied to China's carbon fiber composite materials. The key pumps used in the two unit R & D desalination plant were verified by seawater desalination projects such as Zhoushan and Qingdao, which saved the cost of electricity and increased the efficiency of production. 9 authorized patents were obtained, and the overall technology and manufacturing level reached the level. To the international advanced level, the main performance indicators even exceed the same position of German products. At present, the annual capacity of seawater high-pressure pumps and high-pressure circulating booster pumps of Shuanglun Co., Ltd. has reached 6000 sets, which can completely replace imported products and get rid of dependence on foreign products.


Third, the public service capacity of the platform has been continuously improved. Focusing on the key value-added links of marine industry such as gene breeding, healthy breeding and active substance extraction, we will build a public service platform for featured marine industry innovation, give full play to the comprehensive advantages of public service platform in scientific and technological research and development, pilot test, technology transfer and training, and promote the high-quality development of marine industry. It has established the national seafood quality inspection center and the National Engineering Technology Research Center, cultivated 87 innovative R & D institutions related to the sea, including China (Rushan) oyster Research Institute and Weihai marine Biomedical Industry Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., and successfully realized the transfer and transformation of key materials for marine equipment and Cultivation of new varieties of high variety oysters.
